All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on product availability, location, and carrier delays.

Estimated shipping times:
• United States: 2–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SUPER GIRL DEPT. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of limited drops and swimwear products, all sales are currently final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• your order number
• photos of the issue
• your full name

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, SUPER GIRL DEPT. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
